
Meghan focuses her practice on Estate Planning, Real Estate, Elder Law, which includes Long-term Care Planning, Probate Administration and Medicaid Applications for home care and nursing homes. Additionally, Meghan assists families in efficiently preserving and transferring their assets through comprehensive Trust Planning, including the creation of Supplemental Needs Trusts for individuals with disabilities. Over the course of her career, she has remained committed to helping individuals and families safeguard their assets from the escalating costs of long-term care, all while honoring their estate planning goals and personal wishes with care and intention.

Meghan remains deeply engaged in the legal community beyond her role at Whitcomb Law Firm. She serves as an Officer and Board Member of the Estate Planning Council of Central New York, and also sits on the board of David’s Refuge, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting caregivers of individuals with disabilities or life-threatening medical conditions. Meghan is an Accredited Estate Planner (AEP) as recognized by the National Association of Estate Planners and Councils. This certification is not granted by any governmental authority. In her free time, Meghan enjoys traveling, attending Syracuse University Basketball Games and spending quality time with her beloved Cavalier King Charles, Riley.
