Alana Bernhardt is a recent graduate of the University at Buffalo School of Law. Alana entered Law School with a dual honors degree in Philosophy and Sociology from Mount Holyoke College in South Hadley, Massachusetts.
While attending Law School she was a member of the trial team, and participated in various local and national moot court, trial, and mediation competitions. In addition, Alana served as President of Buffalo’s chapter of the American Constitution Society. In her 3L year of law school, Alana was the Teaching Assistant for Legal Reasoning.
Alana previously interned with the Ontario County Public Defender's Office and Monroe County District Attorney’s Office. While in law school, she worked as a legislative research assistant for NYS Assemblyperson Monica Wallace and was a research assistant for professors in tort law, civil liberties, and electronic discovery.
